  2. In the event of the designated instructor being unable to conduct lessons, the School will assign another person with similar qualifications to conduct the lessons.
  3. Upon request, instead of a replacement, there will be an opportunity to have lessons with the designated instructor at a mutually agreed-upon alternative time.
  4. If it is not possible to establish a satisfactory lesson time, the lesson will be canceled, and its cost will be transferred to the next session.
  5. The student has the right to cancel a lesson without incurring its cost no later than 8 hours before the scheduled lesson on a working day of the School (a working day is defined as Monday to Friday until 6:00 PM). Otherwise, the lesson will be billed at the prevailing rate.
  6. In the event of lesson cancellation by the student or instructor, the parties will endeavor to make up for the canceled lesson at a mutually agreed-upon time, to the extent possible.
  7. Starting from the beginning of the lesson, the instructor is obliged to wait for the student for at least 15 minutes. After this time, if there is no effective communication from the student regarding their delay (effective communication is defined as a phone call to the instructor or the school manager or an email to info@ideatika.com with a copy to the instructor), the instructor may leave their workplace and/or disconnect from the online lesson. Such lessons are billable at the prevailing rate.
  8. In a given month, at least 3 meetings should take place, which is the basis for availability for the instructor’s course over the year. In the case of prolonged absences by the student, each case will be considered individually and in agreement with the student.
